Property Management


Broker will advertise the property in the local newspaper publication as well as on www.jupepropertymgmt.com.  Your property will be submitted as a listing in the San Antonio Board of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  Once they are placed in MLS, they will be able to be viewed on www.realtor.com as well.

Occasionally repairs are necessary.  Jupe Property Management will also hire contractors to make such repairs.

Broker will maintain accurate records related to the property and retain such records, file reports with the Internal Revenue Service related to funds received on behalf of Owner and remit, each month, funds collected by Broker for Owner, less deductions, a statement of receipts, disbursements and charges.

Single Family Dwellings

  • Owners  Reserves - $100.00 will be held in a reserves for any monthly repairs and will be replenished each month.
  • New Tenant Leases - 50% of first full months rent.
  • Lease Renewals - 20% of first full months rent.
  • 10% of monthly rents (This % amount is for single family homes with monthly rents of $600.00 or more.)
  • 12% of monthly rents (This % amount is for single family homes with monthly rents of $599.99 or less.)


Multi-Family Dwellings

  • Owners Reserves - $100.00 will be held in reserves for any repairs and will be replenished monthly.
  • New Tenant Leases - 50% of first full months rent.
  • Lease Renewals - 20% of first full months rent.
  • Monthly Management Fees

9% of monthly rents with a 5% management fee on repairs.

10% of monthly rents without a 5% management fee on repairs.
