Submit a completed application along with $40 application Fee
Anyone who is over the age of 18 must fill out an application & pay the Application Fee.
Once we receive your completed application along with your application fee, a credit and background check will be run. You will typically receive a response within 1 to 3 business days. Upon approval, the required security deposit will be needed to secure your interest in the property.
